folder trigger using directory name provided by user

Is there a way to trigger a workflow off the creation of a directory that in turn creates sub directories under the trigger directory?

ex. user creates a directory call My New Folder

I then would want to trigger a workflow that creates sub directories sub1, sub2, sub3 under the directory "My New Folder".

Note the user can call the new folder whatever they want, I would still want sub folders created regardless of what they name it.

    This workflow may be possible via Box Relay.  

    With Box Relay, you can build a workflow that will trigger the creation of your desired folder structure.
