BOX Sync problems
Good afternoon I would like your attention to the following occurrence. We have noticed that since yesterday some of the employees associated with BOX 1 have not synchronized changes made to documents with the example of the following employees: Sara Santos, Vanessa Toste, Gonçalo Silva and Claudia Santos. We are using the BOX in the computers and in some cases the synchronization is performed and in those I mentioned the synchronization is not being carried out can you see what is happening?
