    Welcome to the Box Community!

    Can you check if Box Sync has been installed on your computer and see if its on your applications list? If so, can you make sure that you have logged in to the app?

    If you've reinstalled Box Sync app in your laptop, you will need to login to the app and then start syncing your contents again. Box Sync will re-download and bring down all the items that are marked for sync on Box.com so they would be accessible to you again on your desktop.
