Excel missing "Open this file on your desktop" function

Hi,

I'm having issue with excel files. I used to have this function to open it on my desktop. Lately, it has been disabled.

I have tried using Chrome and Firefox, but no luck.

Can someone tell me what went wrong?

  Welcome to the Box Community!

  Can you check your computer if Box edit/tools is installed? If it's already installed, can you try uninstalling it and then reinstall Box tools again and see if that will fix the issue for you?
