    Welcome to the Box Community!

    It sounds like you are having an issue syncing files between your desktop Box Sync folder and your Box.com account. 

    Is Box Sync running on your computer? Box Sync must be running in the task manager/ activity monitor for it to sync the documents or changes you made to Box cloud.

    Also, have you checked if there are any errors syncing on your local machine? Please take a look at this article on Box Sync Troubleshooting Basics on how to find these problem items and how to resolve them.

    Thanks, I updated my computer and the small blue symbols in front of the synchronized documents reappeared on my computer and since then I found on another PC, the files on the drive. Thanks for your help.
