    Welcome to the Box Community!

    Can you follow the steps below to fix the issue with the missing icons and context menu for Box Drive in your Mac:

    1. Click the Apple Icon (in upper-left hand corner of desktop) > System Preferences > Extensions > and Uncheck and Recheck the buttons under "Box".
    2. Press command + option + escape to bring up the "Force Quit Applications" menu, then:
          *Click on Finder
          *Click Relaunch

    If the issue persists, you may reach out to our product support team by clicking on the “Contact Support” link just above this page and submit a new ticket so the team can help further investigate.

    Hello.  Sorry.  That did not work.  Still no icons or contextual menu.  Will leave it for now and pick it up again tomorrow.
