Restore deleted box note

Good evening, I have inadvertendtly deleted a BOX note - I can't find it anywhere. It has some very important information on it. Please could you help me to locate it? Many thanks.

  Welcome to the Box Community!

  Have you tried searching the deleted file in your Box Trash?

  I would also suggest using Box Trash filter "Items I deleted" to see the files you deleted to narrow down your search
