    Sorry to hear about your download issue. We've received slow download/upload issue earlier today, is this something you're experiencing at the moment?

    And to give you an update our Engineering team has responded and confirmed the issue should be resolved by now. For details you can go to this status page however, if you are having a specific download error please submit a ticket here to chat or email with a teammate.
