    Hi Lucy,

    Welcome to the Box Community!

Box autoplay option is not intended to automatically play the next file that you have uploaded to a folder, instead enabling autoplay on a file will cause it to play upon opening without the need to click the play button.

If this is something you would like to be able to do, I would highly recommend submitting this feature request at pulse.box.com! Our product managers review these requests and take them into consideration for future product development.

This is incorrect. For many years we have been using autoplay as a critical functionality for us (a music-based association). Autoplay has previously worked for us as follows: Open the first audio track in a folder, enable Autoplay, and then hit play and all audio files in that folder stream without need for further clicking. This is huge problem for us as we're going to have to find another audio-file cloud resource if this functionality is now gone.

I am also disappointed that the autoplay feature, which apparently has the setting available to turn it on or off, does not work regardless.
Please have your technical support people test this feature -- or better yet, please enable this to work again, like it used to.
Otherwise, I may be forced to upload my digital music files to another place to continuously play in a folder or playlist.

Has this issue been resolved? I too have previously used the feature whereby music files auto play in a sequence.

    It hasn't. Super disappointed.
