    I'm sorry for the trouble you encountered when upgrading your account. 

    This will require our Billing team to work directly with you so I went ahead and created a ticket for you for an associate to help look into this.

    I just spoke to billing and they said they can't help me on the phone. Can you please let me know how to contact someone to upgrade?
