Can't upgrade plan from Individual to Personal Pro
I tried to upgrade my plan from Individual to Personal Pro, but cannot. Although all fields were correct, the message was displayed as follows; "There was an error processing your request. Please double check that all fields are correctly filled out and try again later or contact us so that we can assist you."
