Can't upload to folders
Hi,
I have an internal and external folders I've been granted editor rights on. Unfortunately for both of these when i try to upload or edit information i'm told i don't have permissions, this is despite showing as an editor in the manage collaborators section. I have been dropped off and re-added with the same issues. As this is happening for multiple folders shared from different companies, our IT suspect this is caused from the BOX end. Is this a known issue at all? Is there a fix or workaround?

This is definitely not expected, if you have been granted an Editor permission into a folder, you should be able to upload into it.
This would be something our Box Support team would like to investigate with you and may require specific account information.I've gone ahead and created a ticket for you so that an agent can work directly with you on looking into this. This same issue is occuring now. I am the account owner. I shared a folder with editor permissions. The editor cannot drag and drop into the folder or upload a folder of folders and files. Only the top level folder uploads, with zero folders or files inside.
I can drag and drop folders but editors cannot. The files are small and there is plenty of unlimited Enterprise storage. Browsers are up to date.
