Moving NAS content to Box
Hello,
I searched on 'NAS' and 'network attached storage' and didn't find the answer I needed, so here's this post.
My Synology NAS is used as an archive, about 90% infrequently vs 10% semi-frequently used documents. It isn't used to backup my hard drive -- I use an external SSD for that. I'm planning to get unlimited Box storage and put all my NAS stuff in Box, then use selective syncing to have the 10% locally synced and the 90% just thumbnailed.
Fyi, I have non-NAS stuff that I work on all the time, very frequently, and that will be in Box too. Getting that uploaded is not an issue.
What is the most efficient way to get all that NAS content uploaded to Box? What risks in decision or execution should I be aware about?
Thanks Everyone!
Alan
