    Welcome to the Box Community!

    Folders don't automatically gets deleted if the owner left his company. The Box Admin of the previous employee have the option to delete the user account with his contents OR, if they want to keep that employees contents, they may choose to transfer to another user the content ownership before the account be deleted.

    If you need to recover the missing or deleted folder, you will need to contact the primary admin of deleted account for assistance.
