Changes Don’t Save, Have to Create Copy

The error message says that it is because it can merge with editing done by someone else.  No one else is working in the document, just me.  I save a copy, five minutes later I need to make another copy, etc.  Help!

    This would be something our Box Support team would like to investigate with you and may require specific account information.
