    I wanted to check on you to see if you are still having issues with your missing contents after your upgrade? Your files/folders should be showing again and reappear within 24 hours after you've upgraded your account.

    Also, it seems you already have an open ticket for this issue with our support department, please continue working with them and check your email for updates if you are still having issue.

    I am experiencing the same issue. I had 9GB of books stored and they are not appearing when I log in.

    I have the same issue!! My account was invited to the company's enterprise account and all my folders disappeared.
    It took me more than a year to build all these folders. I CAN NOT loose all this info.
    Please help. Thank you.
