lost folders and files
When I upgraded my BOX account from Personal Pro to Business, all my folders and files that were not synced were removed from my account. How can they be recovered?

I wanted to check on you to see if you are still having issues with your missing contents after your upgrade? Your files/folders should be showing again and reappear within 24 hours after you've upgraded your account.
