Some Box Folders can be added to Mac Finder Favorites and some can not be added

    OK what I think happened is that at the last reboot the box app didn't restart or I wasn't connected... so it wasn't able to let me access my files.

    Even after I started the box app, I was (for a few mins) only able to see the main "box" favorite in Finder... and it worked. I was able to navigate. I then tried to get back to one of my favorites and drag it to the sidebar in the favorites section.

    I think I failed to realize that once it had finally re-connected and "synced" for lack of a better term... my favorites had reappeared. Therefore I wasn't allowed to add the same one a second time (which is reasonable). Our corporate IT rolled out some changes yesterday and I'm just finding all the ways that it impacted me. In the end I think it was the fact that the box app didn't restart/connect.
