Folder completely wiped from Mac, now will only sync empty folders
Hi there,
Help would be massively appreciated. My Mac crashed yesterday and when I logged in, my synced Box file had completely disappeared - all installations were still present but no file.
Now, when I try to sync, I can either sync a folder owned by a Steve Griffiths (I don't know him?) and it only syncs old files, any new amendments do not carry over. And when I try to sync the parent files I used before, it takes 2 hours to sync and when I open the box folder I just have empty folders, no actual docs or PDFs or anything. This has occurred three times now. I have tried deleted install and re-installing. I've logged in and out. Any advice would be much appreciated!!!!!!
