Sharing Video Files - User can't preview
Hi, we've got some training video files in a folder on Box, that we'd like to share with our customers, but when we share the links, or the folder, they get the "We're sorry, your account is unable to preview this file type" error, with the option to then download the video. Files are set to view and download permission level, but the same happens with view only (but no download button).
Is there any way we can share the link and still have it able to preview? files are MP4

Can you check if the folder where the video file is stored has "watermark" enabled?

- Box Notes, video, audio, flash, .msi, .exe, .zip, and 3D files do not support watermarking. Enabling this feature prevents previewer uploaders, viewers and previewers from viewing these file types.
