Box Notifications Error

I keep getting Box notifications that files are not saving. I refresh the Box page and the files are not showing up. However, when I check the Box file through my shared drive, the files show. I uninstalled Box tools and re-installed to see if that would fix it. But it has not. Please advise.

  We are receiving similar issues. Plus errors about connectivity. Please help!
