unable to watermark my doc

I tried to water mark my document in box.

But, couldn't find watermark option in properties of a file.

Am I need to purchase explicitly from box this feature?

  This may be relevant to your problem with the next step. Also, you must be an owner, co-owner or editor of a file or folder to set and remove a watermark.
