Box slowness after upgrading MacBook Pro to Big Sur
I have a couple of users who are experiencing extreme slowness in accessing files on the Box Drive App (updated to the latest). This is occurring on multiple networks, so I do not think that bandwidth is the issue. Has anyone else encountered this or have any suggestions of anything for me to try. Neither MacBook pro are using the M1 chip.
