    I checked our status page https://status.box.com/ but there is no on going reports/ issue with Box Drive.

    Have you checked your network connection and tried connecting to outside network to see if this could be factor on the issue you experience?

    This is a widespread problem that we are experiencing with ongoing Box Support tickets currently at our agency.
