    Please be advised that if you've performed folder ownership transfer, the contents of that folder will be inaccessible while they are being transferred. This means that during the move, any shared content is inaccessible, also the process of transferring content can take some time to complete, depending on the amount of content to transfer. The more content, the longer it takes to complete. If after you start the process there is no error, but some of the content does not immediately display in the new location, please wait up to a day and then check again if the folders/ files are showing again.

    If it's been more than 24hrs since you performed this action, please go ahead and submit a ticket with our support team here https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/requests/new to further look into this.
