I have been having issues installing Box Drive for Ohio State University server access. I have an error message that pops up each time I try to install the program. I have tried rebooting, uninstalling and reinstalling all Box related programs, and asking Ohio State's IT team for help. They have sent in a ticket for IT help from box (ref #2403873), but I have yet to hear from anyone. My email is [personal information--redacted] for reference.
