Stalling on "generating preview" on iPad

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    Do you have the latest version of Box for iPad application on your device?

    Can you try uninstalling the App and then reinstall it again and see if it helps resolve the slowness and stalling of the application?

    Thanks for the suggestion. Yes everything is up to date. I was worried that i’d lose my documents if I uninstalled the app, but since I couldn’t access them anyway I uninstalled and reinstalled and the issue was resolved- with my documents restored, to my great relief.
