Unable to uninstall and reinstall box drive as advised recently by Ms. France

I tried to uninstall as per link but I could not locate the terminal etc. 

Even tried to install. It did not take me to the place indicated by you. It is opening into an information space. 

All this looked complicated.

  Are you getting any sort of error message when you follow them?
