    Are you using Box Sync app or Box Drive?

    If you are using Box Sync, you need to first Mark your folders for Sync, please check this article on how to Mark content for sync: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044196393-Marking-Content-for-Box-Sync

    If you are on Box Drive, files and folders should automatically sync to your computer as cache data.

    Can you provide more details on the issue you encounter or even share a screenshot? This will help out other members of the community to answer your question.
