Unable to install Box Drive on MacBook Pro, Ventura 13.2.1, M1 chip

I just realized my desktop Box folders had all gone missing. I'm unable to reinstall the Box drive. The pop-up asks if I want to send Box the logs, but then says it's unable to do it and to contact support. I wasn't able to find a similar post (the one about Box Drive quite working after updating MBP to Ventura 13) doesn't quite it my situation.
