Box Sign will not load
AnsweredI have documents I would like to have sent for signatures but the signature PDF to request signatures has not worked for several days now. I get a message saying "Oops! Looks like we hit a snag" followed by a "Reload the page" button.
The signature page used to load, but hasn't loaded for any client for a number of days now. I have tried to load over 100 times with zero success.

You may have hit your limit for the total numbers of docs to be sent for e-sign. Please check your account type and find out if you've reached your limitation here.
