    Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

    To restore your folder, here's what you need to do: 

    • Identify either the folder owner or the person who deleted your folder.

    Note: When items are deleted from a collaboration folder, both the owner and the person who deleted the item can recover the items from the Trash. 

    • Go to trash and recover your contents: 
    1. Hover to highlight the row of the item you want. The More Options ellipsis () displays.
    2. Click the ellipsis (...).  Then:
      • To return the item to its original location in Box, click Restore.
    3. At the prompt, click Okay.

    Additionally, please be reminded that when you're missing your contents your trash is your go-to in retrieving them. 

    Meanwhile, if you're having trouble locating the deleted contents please open a ticket and have our Product Support team to assist.
