Folder Deleted
AnsweredHi, I believe someone on my team deleted a folder with all of our content and I need help recovering it.

Welcome to Box Community and glad to help!
To restore your folder, here's what you need to do:
- Identify either the folder owner or the person who deleted your folder.
Note: When items are deleted from a collaboration folder, both the owner and the person who deleted the item can recover the items from the Trash.
- Go to trash and recover your contents:
- Hover to highlight the row of the item you want. The More Options ellipsis (…) displays.
- Click the ellipsis (...). Then:
- To return the item to its original location in Box, click Restore.
- At the prompt, click Okay.
Additionally, please be reminded that when you're missing your contents your trash is your go-to in retrieving them.
Meanwhile, if you're having trouble locating the deleted contents please open a ticket and have our Product Support team to assist.
