Upgrade from Free Plan to Paid plan to access files in Trash
AnsweredHi I’m on a free plan and read that I can’t recover files from the trash on a free plan. I’m wondering if I can upgrade to a paid plan to be able to access files in the trash that were put in the trash from my free account?

File that has been deleted for more that 30 days prior to upgrade will no longer be recovered. If you are under a free account, you have 30 days to recover the files. Please check this article: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044196093-Managing-Trash

I looked at upgrading my plan so I can access the files in the trash but I would Iike the option to pay for the plan monthly instead of annually as it’s currently set to when I try to upgrade. Since files are time critical in the trash I don’t have a few days to wait for a response to this support ticket. Can a support agent help me to change the billing to pay monthly please.
