    • How are you saving the files offline
    • What Box app are you using? Is it, Box mobile app or Box Drive?

    Hello. I don't have a screen shot since I already reset some of the files that were offline but then lost. I'm saving the files by viewing the native folder where the file is saved, clicking the three-dots and selecting Make Available Offline. To set files for access offline, I'm using the Box mobile app (v5.9.0 23533) on my Apple iPhone 13. I've used this without issue for a very long time but recently noticed all the offline files were gone. I first tried rebooting my phone and it didn't resolve. I then tried saving multiple files offline and nothing happened - files didn't show up in the Offline tab. So I then I logged out of Box and back in again - files still didn't show. So I started from scratch and started again, making files available offline.
