All my files disappeared.
AnsweredI logged out of the box and logged in again. By the way, all my data in the box disappeared. Please help me. These are important files.

Welcome to Box Community and glad to to help!
To look for your missing files, please login to box.com and head over to your trash/bin icon.
You may start to sort, filter or search for your missing files or folders.
- In your trash, you can use the search bar and begin to type the missing file or folder's name.
- Or you can use the filters, to do this, directly beneath the folder label (Trash), click the Items I Own (or Items I Deleted) down arrow. Then click the option you want.
Once you find the item that you need to restore, here's how to recover it.
- Hover to highlight the row of the item you want. The More Options ellipsis (…) displays.

- Click the ellipsis (...). Then:

- To return the item to its original location in Box, click Restore.
- At the prompt, click Okay.
