    How were you able to change your email address? I have a personal account (not business) but there is no option to do so.. Responses to other posts for this always say to "Add another email address", but I do not have that option. It shows my default address and my only other option is "Link personal email address". When I click on that it says I have to upgrade. I don't want to upgrade, I just want to change my default email address.

    So, I was added to the Box by my customer, Fed contract, and was able to update it through my edit profile if I recall. I am not sure about the free account.
