Problem with confirmation email
AnsweredI have sent an invitation to a collaborator to upload files. She has accepted the invite but is not getting his confirmation email.
Her email is
We have checked all spam and blocked emails, but the confirmation is not there.
Tried also deleting and re-sending invitation, send invitation from another person. nothing seems to work.
Please help.

We do not encourage anyone in this forum to expose their personal data such as their email address. As of this writing, I've already removed the you email address you posted to keep it private and secured.
Meanwhile, to fix the user's issue receiving email notification(s) please have the affected user to follow the troubleshooting steps indicated in this article.
