Co-Worker Unable to Update their Email Address
CompletedHello,
we need assistance with updating our coworker's email. We changed our domain from "iipm" to "unity" in 2021. We are now going to do away with "iipm" and ask all team members to remove the "iipm" email and update it to the "unity" email. I have successfully changed mine, yet we have one associate (perhaps more) who cannot update their email. An error was received after confirming the email and attempting to change/update her password. Please help.
