    Welcome to Box Community and glad to help!

    I have run the script to correct your files and folders count. You can go ahead and check box.com/login> Account Settings> Used storage to see that changes have been made.

    I can't upgrate my box application process, can you give me any suggestion. error message is " Your account needs further verification, please submit a ticket at support.box.com."
