    I have the same problem in Safari Version 12.1.2 (12607.3.10).

    Was previously working fine a few weeks ago.

    Works in Chrome Version 103.0.5060.134 (Official Build) (x86_64)

    I am using an older iMac running MacOS 10.12.6 (16G2136)

    To fix your blank screen issue on Box, can you try the following below? 

    • Are you using this Box login URL to access the Box webpage? 
    • You may check your Operating System and browser to make sure it's supported in Box. To confirm, please go to this article. 
    • Please attach a screenshot of your error.
