    Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

    Please trigger another email link by pushing for a password reset: 

    1. Visit https://app.box.com/reset and enter the email address associated with your Box account.
    2. Check your email, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
      • Password reset links sent via email expire 3 hours after they are sent. If you need a new link after your current one has expired, visit https://app.box.com/reset to have another link emailed to you.
      • If you do not receive an email from Box for this password reset, check to see if your Box account is associated with that specific email address or another email address.
      • Also, check your spam folder in your email client for this email.

    Me too. My Box email confirmation links haven't expired. I click on them straightaway. Keep getting same error message:

    • This email confirmation link has expired

    • The link you clicked to confirm your email has expired. If you wouldn't mind: Please contact your account administrator and request them to resend the email confirmation of the account you are trying to access.

    1. Link sent, link arrived. Clicked immediately on link. Opened in Brave web browser app for iPad. Box error message that email link had expired.

    2. Tried again, this time in Safari for iPad. Same error message.
