Not able to edit /upload files in BOX although I have editor access??

Dear ,

Me and my colleague do not have the permission to edit or even download the documents eventhought we've been granted "editor" access to BOX ???

can you please help out?

  How do you edit your collaborated file, what Box product or integration are you using? It'd be helpful if you could also send a screenshot.
