AnsweredI don't have a single file uploaded to my storage, yet I get a warning that my storage is almost full and I can't upload more files.
Please what can be done about it?

Welcome to Box Community and glad to help!
I have run the script to correct your files and folders count. You can go ahead and check box.com/login> Account Settings> Used storage to see that changes have been made.
