Google Workspace has Google Forms. Microsoft 365 had Microsoft Forms, but there seems to be no native ability to create a form in Box.

Can someone point me in the right direction to be able to create a form that is stored in Box and for which the responses are stored in Box.

Some options might be:

  • Integration with Google Forms
  • Integration with Microsoft Forms
  • Integration with some other third-party app

Maybe there is something else I have not thought of.
