Dear Box Drive Team,

Hope you're doing well.

I cannot share or copy the shared link because of the error saying that (

Unable to copy link - 

The link to the pharmacy SOP could not be copied. This is a hidden or problem item.)

. I will be glad if you kindly guide me in this regard to find and fix the error.

Note: The file name is Pharmacy SOP.
