Box wont let me create a password on an SSO account
AnsweredI created an account just to receive a file from someone. Unfortunately the org they are in requires a "Strong Password" and I can not make a password due to me making this account using google SSO. even when I press the button in settings that says "create a password" it errors with "there was a problem changing your password" anyone know how to fix this?

From what I can see on my end, your account is under an individual account which does not require SSO. May you go ahead and try to reset your password. Please refer to the link below:
