Unable to accept the invitation of enterprise network

I have my account already long time, I guess it is a simple individual account, as I used it as guest for working team with a partner company only.
Now my company started a business account which belongs to my company. My manager send me an invitation to join my department network, i press the "Accept invitation" button but nothing happens. The admin contact has not changed. I have no idea what to do now.
Please reply me asap. Thanks!

Did you check if your invitation was sent to the same email address linked to your existing account on Box? If yes, please login to your Box account first and accept the invite again.
Should the issue persist, please have your Admin to contact Box directly that way we could further assist.
