Storage limit reset

Can someone at Box reset my Storage. I deleted files but still show 100GB out of 100GB used . Other times this has happened, support had to run a script to correct problem.

We've ran the script to correct your file and folder counts.
@Victor, glad that you joined in and I just did the same for you. You may now both check the changes by logging in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
