Failed Payment

We received a mail that we did not pay our 2 last bills. I have checked and indeed they were not charged to my credit card.
I am not sure why, as the registered credit card is still valid (I used it yesterday for other purposes).
Can you please check and try to charge 2 times USD 258.30 to my credit card.
