    Please be informed that your ability to upload files varies depending on the folder owner's storage allocation. You must check if the folder owner has enough storage to house new contents in his/her folders. 

    If you happen to own the impacted folder, please check your storage allocation by going to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used. 

    Meanwhile, if it's a collaborated folder, please reach out to the folder owner.
