I can't upgrade to the Starter plan
AnsweredI can't upgrade to the Starter plan.
I've sent an email to support, but I haven't received a response, so I'm posting this.
The error message is "There was an error processing your request.
We were unable to process your payment information. Please double check that all fields are filled out correctly and try again, or visit support.box.com for further assistance.”
